Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Here at IVY LIGHT we quality check all of our products before sending them out to their new homes, we lovingly hand make all of our products and aim to get these sent out as quickly as possible, ensuring we are maintaining high quality. We pride ourselves on our customer service as well as the quality of our products. 

Christmas 2021:

We always aim to ship items as quickly as possible but to avoid any disappointment, we kindly ask you to allow 2-3 working days before your order is processed and shipped. However, during the busy periods this can take up to 5 working days. To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas we suggest ordering by Thursday 16th December. After another busy year we will be taking a break from 21st December - 4th January 2022. Please note our shop will still be open for orders but any orders received between these dates will be shipped after 4th January 2022.

Shipping:

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service, which they estimate to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, due to Covid 19 delivery timescales can take understandably longer than advertised in certain locations. We kindly ask that you allow 5 working days when waiting for your beautiful products to arrive. If you feel you should have received your order and haven't yet, please click here to contact us and we will happily track the status of your parcel for you.

Returns:

We hope you love our products, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of your IVY LIGHT products we will be happy to refund the cost of that item. This is on the basis that the goods are returned to us within 28 days and that they are returned to us in perfect condition. Please note that we will only cover the shipping costs of any items which were received faulty or damaged.

Lost or Damaged items:

All orders are packaged with care and well protected with biodegradable packing peanuts. However, items occasionally can become damaged or lost in transit, which unfortunately is out of our control. In the unlikely event that your item does arrive to you damaged, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
